Pus Huntin




Kevin's Octo-Fry

Ingredients:
1 wild caught octopus
1 sweet onion (large)
1 bell pepper
1 hot pepper
tofu (firm)

1 tbs oil

Instructions:
Cut octopus legs into bite-sized pieces. Dice onion. Dice peppers. Dice tofu. Pan fry the pus on medium heat with oil. When meat is pink add onion, set flame to high. Cook until the onions caramelize turning regularly. Add pepper, add tofu. Cook until skin peels.

Serve on a bed of rice.
